2013 ECLIPSE FLAG FOOTBALL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Volunteer Coordinator — This person will help fill each position below. Rachel Ackerman to contact Rachel Click here Game/Field Helpers: Hold “down marker” at home games (Need one per game) Keep official time/score at home games Statistician Spray lines on home field prior to games (approx. 2x during the season) Travel Coordinator - Driving, hotels, food etc. Fundraiser Coordinator - Group Events (Car wash, Run-a-thon, Sing-a-thon etc ) and individual programs (Pizza Palz coupons, Target 1% kickback, Website Sponsorships for a year, Box Tops for Education, etc). Belinda Peirce to contact Belinda Click here End of season Banquet - Need 4 - Decorations, Food, Set-Up, Clean-Up Committee will determine location of banquet and work with Athletic Director on budget needed Scheduler - Schedules games and referees, gets rosters for opposing team for home game programs, confirms games throughout season on week of games. Tammy Hall to contact Tammy Click here Photographers/ Videographers - Yearbook, website, etc. This could be one family who will attend all teams’ games. It can also be several people, but we need one to keep track of photos for end of year banquet slide show. Banquet slide show - Compiles all photos taken throughout season and makes a presentation for the banquet Each team needs one or more.
