Step 1: Choose which Contact List(s) you wish to work with.
You must choose one and may choose as many as apply. 
Step 2: Enter cell # or email then click "Add" button to add to Subscriptions box.


   
Repeat Step 2 until all contacts show in Subscriptions box. You may mix cell #'s and email but only one action (subscribe/unsubscribe) can be taken at a time.

Messages will be sent as text messages to cell phones and regular email to email addresses

Step 3: Click the action button you desire.
When you click the Subscribe or Unsubscribe buttons that action will be taken against every entry in the box labeled Subscriptions
